Had a similar situation in our church. We had a guest speaker who basically told us that if we were white then we are racists by default and we don't even know it. That was the final straw. Luckily we have many churches to choose from and We joined a based church. Problem with the new church is we are losing members because everyone is fleeting to conservative states.
