I second that but if you are over 40, start with lighter weight and concentrated on proper form, especially on maxing out. I tore my rotator cuff from maxing out on overhead press. I'm 5 months post surgery and the shoulder still hurts. Never stop lifting. Just don't lift like you did in your 20 or 30s.

We can't hunt on public land in California because the government closed the land due due fire safety reasons. The problem with government is they constantly increase the control. Hunting regulations are ridiculous also. Ex. We have to hunt with non lead bullets now. Sometimes I think we the people could manage public lands better than the government.
