I added an expensive set of LEATHERMAN, Raptor Emergency Response Shears. three R.A.T.S. tournaquestes, triangle bandages, ice packs, a case of Cohesive Bandage (the kind they use when you give blood... only 2 inch), tape lots of tape, more bandages, israeli and regular, Clotting stuff, and antibacterial cream (Veterinary grade) If you expect bullet wounds, tampons and any of a number of expandible bandages. A field surgery kit too. Look at something at least as big as a medium duffle bag.
Then LEARN HOW TO USE IT.
