Actually no. We have very resilient mosquitoes. Even in the dead of winter they are still there. Hiding below the leaves and in my deer stands. Even on the coldest days if I go into the woods and drag logs and disturb the ground when I stop and take a break (as long as there is minimal wind) the little blood suckers come at me. Some years we have massive infestations of Lady bugs. This year was stink bugs. They look dead but are very much alive.
