I have done a couple of CNN polls. I think I get the call because I took over my ex bosses cell number when he retired. He was a huge Hillary supporter and donated to the campaign.

The issues I've seen aren't so much people voting twice, but rather losing ballots or discovering new ballots at the 11th hour.
