Even if you completely and utterly believed there is/was no voter fraud, this is still a completely factual statement. He is simply stating that someone else believes it. It's like saying "Joe biden thinks it's ok to sniff young girls". Clearly it isn't, but he thinks it is, so that would make it a factual statement.

I remember years ago looking at trading on Amazon when I started my business. The list of demands were unbelievable, I'm glad I never went down that road. I don't know how anyone makes any money.... so we are an independent and do well locally which is absolutely fine.... A business next door to us traded almost solely with Amazon. One day Amazon pulled the plug and banned them for 6 months for some crappy violation, it put them out of business. Chances are Amazon saw they were making money and just did what this business did but in house, they do it all the time.
