Exactly. It’s a primal survival tactic. But it has also led many societies straight into the toilet of history. USSR being the most recent and largest example.
Implications probably isn’t the correct word to be using. By what I was meaning is, they’re doing it because it’s the “trendy” or “edgy” thing to be doing on our side, they don’t actually care about the actual issue. They only care about the social inference and group mentality. Aka MOB mentality. And that’s ok to think differently. But I caution those who think differently who are narrow minded as such to not realize the dangers of what they are thinking.
Me entire argument here has not been against the use of violence in defense of the Republic. My argument is, that argument for use of violence should be the utter last option on the table, after all legal methods are exhausted.
The Republic must be saved at all costs.
Legally, then physically.
People are quick to jump to it while there are still legal options to go through. These people are neither physically, or mentally competent enough to fathom what they are saying, and will only get defenseless and innocent people hurt or worse.
Knowing WHEN to use violence is just as important if not more important than knowing HOW. People have zero clue what this will entail, and how terrible it will make life for them. Because 97% of those calling for violence are doing so for the social implications. Not for the actual purpose to begin with. History shows that to be an accurate number. I will also add the fact that martial law will apply to everyone, meaning those who are also calling for it. These same people who are pissed at the illegal and unwarranted COVID lockdowns, well they haven’t seen nothing yet. When they’re being told to sequester in their home at the threat of death.
This is the scene people are calling for. And god help us all of it HAS to come to that. But god help us all if emotional people bring that to us when there’s a way to avoid it.

We agree 100%. And my argument isn’t against it at all.
The problem I have is there is no delineation between what you described exactly, and the rest of the country who is severely misinformed. And that is a huge problem. Because there is a difference. When you do not recognize that difference you become what you espouse hatred for.
I’m not calling you an idiot, and you shouldn’t infer that upon yourself. But we must demand and let this be remedied in every single legal way possible before what needs to happen happens. This is who we are as a nation and we cannot deviate from that path.

This has been my argument since at least 2016, our enemies have been working to undermine this country since it’s inception. This is quite possibly the furthest any country has ever gotten in doing so. These people advocating for this kind of action need to stop and think who is going to benefit the most, who is fanning these flames of disinformation and vitriol, China, Russia, Israel, iran even, because it will not be America who benefits. I also find it laughable that these people calling for martial law believe they will be exempt from the thumb of it. It’s quite possibly the largest confirmation of poor education ive seen from our side in a long, long time.
