This is the part I have been trying to figure out. So it sounds like the ballots are sealed and can’t be physically seen. So what the hell are they counting? This is where I get confused. How are they recounting if they can’t see the ballots? So in Georgia they showed them putting ballots in a Biden or Trump bin. I realize that is a different state but where are these papers coming from if the ballots can’t be seen.
