Can someone clarify? I thought this was an older case that is not about the current presidential election?

This is from fulton county, Fulton county is where the poll watchers were told counting was over before they pulled the ballots out from under the table

I looked into this guy a decent amount (look at my recent thread). My understanding is that the vote review panel is not the people in the building where the observers "left voluntarily", AKA "kicked out".

The absentee voters were opened and scanned in State Farm Arena by teams he referred to as "openers, flatteners, and scanners". After being scanned, they votes were sent to another building for adjudication, basically if the scanners registered an issue with a ballot, the next building is where people would judge voter intent, etc. I believe these people are the "vote review panel" that he refers to.

You're saying the first picture is in PA?? Can you please share a source?

There was a lot of debate about whether the first person was a match or not, from my perspective, this one looks less ambiguous. Very curious what other ppl think

CLARIFICATION: THE COURT ORDER IS TO CHECK DUPLICATED BALLOTS. There is a machine that tries to guess voter intent when the ballot couldnt be read by the normal scanner. So maybe a ballot was marked TRUMP but the bubble wasnt full. They put it through the machine. Machine says "this is a BIDEN vote." That was what was counted.

They are specifically checking this type of ballot. Duplicated ballots.

EDIT: Please fact check me, I'm giving my non-professional understanding of what's happening. Here is Barnes talking about it. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=npV-J4btsbY

I agree but it summarizes the argument people are making against Rudy's numbers which is why I posted it. I don't know if PA switched the data or what, but in this case Snopes does align with what the Philadelphia voter data site is showing. My point was that either way the numbers wouldn't add up.

This man gets it. I'm so sick of watching the Democrats be willing to win be any means necessary while the GOP lies down and takes it. He says, "Better an enemy in my face than a traitor at my back." So. Fucking. True.

I think it's because Thomas got appointed to cover the 11th circuit so any cases in Georgia can now be fast tracked to SCOTUS, he wanted to run out the clock until Biden took over but now he's hedging.

Our guy was doing a good job but I wish he would have driven this point home a little harder. You can't record anything, and you weren't able to see the ballots (hence why you want an audit, obv), so what other evidence besides multiple sworn affidavits could you possibly provide? I started listening in the middle so I may have missed something, but it seems the defense did not even deny the claims of his witnesses? They just said that some people were being disruptive and that's why they were removed (but not the specific witnesses), and also that an equal number of R and D were allowed. If that's all they had, that's a shit argument.

Basically they are like, "Why don't you have any hard evidence from this room where absolutely no cameras or recordings of any kind were allowed?"

The affidavits are the highest form of evidence that would be available in this situation.

I want to be stoked but is there proof they had ever called it for him? Or was it just never decided? I’m seeing conflicting things on Twitter and cannot confirm

Thank you, plz share with anyone who you think is worried as well. And I totally agree. I have been very up and down emotionally. But what sets us apart from many leftists is our ability to reason logically. I had a moment of clarity and hurried to jot all this down, I feel much better now. I imagine the feeling of dread I had is probably how people feel all the time when the media tricks them into believing Trump is going to become a fascist dictator. I tell these people to look at the facts, not what the news is reporting. We need to do that now.

If you look at which counties reported promptly, it's clear that all the big counties in democratic controlled areas were holding back, presumably so they could see how many votes the needed to "find".

My belief is that when Ohio was trending really strong for Biden, they relaxed somewhat. It probably looked like they might need to use little to no fraud. They let Michigan and Wisconsin votes roll in a bit.

Then Trump surged in Ohio, and suddenly made huge gains in Penn, Wisconsin, and Michigan all at once. They panicked and hit the pause button and made them stop counting votes so they could regroup. I think from here, the analysis of my post begins. They realize the gap is too wide. Now they just want to drag out the process and cause further erosion of our institutions.
