On Italy, I can’t add or confirm much besides what I have said previously, we did see actually several IP’s connecting to the EMS that were located in Germany, but, to keep this more base for comprehension (I don’t want to get into too much jargon here, but this entity behind this IP) (again I can’t say for sure it was this guy) had security wise an improperly configured DNS that it was leaking the unmasked IP.
The unmasked IP did come up in Italy, BUT, knowing that the entity was using IP obfuscation, this data is sometimes unreliable and my analysis that it was leaking may be incorrect, which is why I’ve never brought it up, although it appears now with this news (if genuine) that it is indeed potentially valid via corroboration from this Italian hacker.
Really anything at this point wouldn’t surprise me, another user (I’m so so sorry I’m forgetting your handle your work was invaluable, please do not take my bad memory as your work being unimportant), the firmware updates post election to obfuscate the RCV algorithms were named “Rig St. Joseph” (a county in Michigan). Like not a care in the world that anyone would look at this stuff and/or be able to do anything about it.

I really do appreciate that, I’m still glad I did it, just wish I could do more. I know I can release the data but talking to lawyers there’s so many issues not only with my personal life but what they can do to ASOG and the data itself to instantly discredit it. I’m hoping to god it gets officially released, because my one shot after that is that the data is so well received it will force more forensic audits which can corroborate the data.
And to your last point I’ve been thinking about that a lot re: the level of attack were under.
People (and me) have no idea of the level of corruption and attack on this country is. To do a job I was asked to do by a law firm and allowed by a judge, I had to be personally whisked in by the sheriff and cops, while multiple state reps were physically shoving me and the cops, and taking our photos, taking pics of car license plates to look them up (luckily we flew in). The only people protecting us besides the few cops were the MAGA protestors. Insane.
When we know we hit the fraud jackpot, the judge telling us we couldn’t release it over nonsensical arguments by Dominion’s lawyers and the AG and SoS, information vitally important to the American people.
It’s literally like the FBI telling us the way a guy killed 10 people is his intellectual property so we can’t investigate him. Than when the threats started rolling in from news papers and websites, people online making death threats against us and our families, than hundreds of lawyers attacking one guy. Pathetic state of affairs.
Well as for William Bailey’s case, December 15th was the last update in court that Matthew DePerno argued the gag order placed on the forensic audit’s release over it being intellectual property. The judge had already gave DePerno and ASOG by extension permission to release a redacted version of the findings based on a limited scope.
Once the release came out, Dana Nessel, Michelle Benson, and the rest of the Communist Party of Michigan retaliated in a big way, they sought sanctions and dis-barring of DePerno, literally 250 lawyers against DePerno. He stood his ground and continued to fight for a full release of our findings.
Once they (AG, SoS, etc) saw he wasn’t backing down, they went to Detroit Free Press and Detroit News to dox us, which failed. Then Dominion got involved themselves, and basically combined forces with Michigan’s communists to attack us. It was pretty smart. They offered full release of our findings- they just wanted to know who all of us are (our team of 7), where we live, etc, to dox us and destroy our lives because we all hold security clearances, and our jobs require those clearances.
At this moment in time, DePerno is fighting the attacks from the 250+ attack dogs sicked on him by the Michigan AG and SoS, fighting Dominion on their attempt to dox us, and fighting the judge on withholding our identities and allowing release of the document, arguing all parties can still defend themselves of the report without having the identities of the auditors.
That’s why Ramsland was saying the report would be released “in a few days” a few days after I said that, they gave us the illusion they were allowing it but than asked for us to basically destroy our lives to do so. Luckily I have the data therefore their threats are empty, but there is a significant chance of invalidating our data by releasing it by calling into question its validity, but if I find in the next few days there’s no chance of it being released anyway before it’s too late, I do have in place an EPOCH way to release it to the masses. DePerno still needs some help somehow some way, he’s facing literally hundreds of high powered lawyers by himself, doing well might I add, it’s just really messed up.
People simply do not understand Pence’s role on January 6th, the onus to do something is on congress. He can simply say yes or no to what they bring to him. He can’t go in there and say “sorry, Trump’s President, thanks”.
I’m more expecting the FBI will arrest me for some bogus crime and I’ll end up as Snowden Jr, but I’ve retained a lawyer already, he’s let me know what they can do to me but I hope I’ve made myself enough of a ghost not to be found easily. The people who know my identity are true patriots (Matthew DePerno and Russel Ramsland).
What I did is pathetic compared to what you D.C pedes did today. Some may call it horrible (well the girl who died, my sincerest condolences), but everything else took some damn balls I didn’t have, and I’ll always have admiration for every person who was there.
