Back in 2016, Philly had 82.4% Killary, 15.5% GEOTUS, if there’s 900k votes, with Trump with 660k, that’s 741k for Biden, 139k Trump. That leaves Trump with a 40,000 vote victory for PA, obviously turn out will be higher, but hopefully with Trump swinging the minority vote more, it’ll keep the outlook the same. Right now however Trump is at 25% of the vote doubling his performance in 2016 which will tilt that higher.
Ehm, last I read Trump’s up 700k Philly said they have 900k ballots, going from other urban areas I’ll be generous and say 70% Biden, that’s 630k votes, loss by 70k for Biden. Also count 10% around about left over for republican strongholds in PA. Trump will probably net another 50k
WI going Trump very soon, Milwaukee at 4.2% left 110k lead for Trump
