There is no adjudication log officially but some may have been recovered :). And I’m not 100% on the law- but my understanding is an election official can adjudicate in the presence of observers who can raise objections- they used covid to stop this, and just down right illegal tactics like blockading the view and not allowing objections.
Well basically, the algorithm of ranked choice voting (fractional voting) is for obfuscation, the ballot switching was done in adjudication. Adjudication has long since been done for decades, but Dominion promised the fastest adjudication method ever. All they did was send the ballots in adjudication to a central server and have bad actors in other countries manipulate these votes- that’s why you had “glitches”.
The H&S, Germany server, satellites, all that stuff is to sound authoritative and “movie-esque” to make it sound more interesting. Basically all that happened was Dominion would put 60+ % of the ballots into adjudication, which sends them to a local server, which then those actors in places like Serbia, China, etc, changed the votes with the Dominion software suite and sent back to the local server which would update the voter rolls and whatnot.
There could have been hacks, there was ballot harvesting, there could have been ballot fraud- but I don’t see why they’d waste their time doing it when the software does everything for them. Always be careful who and what you believe. Don’t even take my word for it, I have the unredacted Dominion manual and Antrim findings posted, give those a read.
These days everyone is partisan. As soon as you make even a vote or voice an opinion your partisan. But the simple fact is, ASOG offered to them a low monetary amount that would barely pay for food, travel, and lodging, said we not only welcome but REQUIRE a second auditor, and said we want observers and the entire thing to be live streamed- which might I add they’re trying to use for Brennan Center and Co. because they did trust us there that it’d make it final it’s credibility.
We wanted every single step to be reported live, on video, only thing that wouldn’t be live would be the findings, which we wanted a 2 hour hearing to discuss every finding point by point with anyone who wanted to come to ask questions be able to do so, and everyone from the Governor down available there to talk about what they can and will do to fix it. So that the entire thing was as transparent and unbiased as possible. We even offered to give up anonymity across the board, give full resumes and credentials to be publicly available online. I mean the lengths we took to make this as credible as possible was endless.
We did share this info and the media basically slandered us. Our info came from Sheryl Guy who told us thats what was told to her about the original ballots. I’ll have to look but I even had the shredding companies name.

Well the big thing is, and I’m being objective here, say Visa want an audit done. If I've never audited anything before, I won’t even have a chance. Even if my methodology is 10000X better than everyone else’s, auditing is all about credibility- that anything is called into question you have a laundry list of clients you’ve audited before.
Jovan has no experience whatsoever, and shaky credibility. Even if we throw his Oak Island and other stuff to the side, and just focus on his elections work, he lied about being shot at in Georgia (I do not know this for a fact, but it’s extremely hard to believe he was and no police report was made or anything), and he lied about hacking the Maricopa election systems (I was there for that, he was told by someone the smart thermostat was known to have vulnerabilities, that turned into a live hack)
Putting that to the side, he was even offered if he could demonstrate his test on video, in a controlled testing environment, he said his testing method is proprietary and if he shows it then they can work to get around it. That’s bogus, in any scientific test, your work needs to be repeatable.
It’s just the truth, I liked the guy, I’m not trying to assign malicious intent, maybe he does think he can do it. All I’m trying to say is, he doesn’t understand auditing. Like I said before, I’ve met I.T experts who can’t audit a computer, it’s not that easy.
Yeah I’ve said a number of times I believe the original ballots were destroyed and what’s in the boxes are ballot images, Borelli and a few others told me that directly. Hickman has a little past I may get into one day, haha.
But they didn’t actually shred them properly so that’s a very minor hiccup. I’m not a paper expert but I have seen shredded paper be reconstructed actually fairly quickly.
What they did in MI was actually have them shredded and burned off site. Same in GA. I’m very certain they’re afraid of the AG. But we told AZ back in December they needed to lock the ballots up in a confidential location with a lock system that logs / alerts when opened, so that every open has to have a paper trail of when, who, and why it was opened.
Sidebar you ever shred anything extremely sensitive, use a P-5 shredder or burn it.
The ballots aren’t even unsealed from the boxes yet firstly to know what’s inside of them. But usually we’d use random sampling with replacement. I’ve audited companies in the top 25 of the Fortune 500, I’ve never taken EVERYTHING and walked out with it. There’s many other ways to control the randomness of randomly selected sample, but Jovan likes his “convenience sampling” phrase a lot.
Because now Fann is reluctant because Ducey is specifically saying no ASOG, and with JP they think it’s lose / lose. It’s heavily divided in that legislature.
And I’m only a tech guy, but ASOG I do believe have experience with ballots. They did have a methodology and scope for the ballots, but I’m not knowledgeable enough in the area to know what to ask as far as the how in how is it being audited.
Yeah, that’s my one regret is not getting more names and pulling financial records in Antrim. A guy was telling me up in Michigan whose a local official he was seeing a lot of new money around. It’s a racket top to bottom. It’s scary how deep this goes.
This is a lie. They’re forcing Sheryl Guy to say this because they know what we have from the Dominion lawsuits. They want her to be the fall person. She did nothing wrong. She actually was the least combative person we dealt with. This isn’t the right target, don’t believe this bullshit.
I like that she said “associates”. Wonder who she’s talking about. If what I’m saying is “conspiracy theories,” or Col. Waldron, or Russel Ramsland, than why is it that none of our actual evidence has ever been disputed by any official? The closest they got was after the MI judge made Russ release the preliminary finding instead of the final, he had mistakenly put places from Minnesota in. We’ve had nobodies call into question our findings.
But nonetheless, I’ll be asking for a full list of these “conspiracy theories” in writing. Because after this Dominion deposition and lawsuit goes away, I’ll be suing her for defamation, and that’s not a threat, it’s a promise. Same goes for Michele Benson, and many others. I’ve had to virtually shut down my business to pro-Bono look into election fraud. And if she thought these were just conspiracy theories, we wouldn’t be dealing with the Brennan Center and bullshit leftist “auditors”.
Because he won’t give any specifics, it’s untested (being performed by him), he has no applied experience doing so, a bad history of doing the same thing, and read my comment before, he’s making demands he won’t even accept a random selection of the ballots.
I know that sounds good that one person gets all of them and we know exactly how much fraud occurred, but that immediately gives up corroboration and basically any evidence found to possible alternation. If I audit a casino for a gaming commission, my company doesn’t take all the slots off the floor. Me and another company take a random sample so when our findings match- we corroborate one another and there’s no doubt. He just doesn’t understand auditing, and I don’t blame him I don’t expect everyone to.
That audit is very safe atm. Not worried at all. ASOG has a lot of presence on them already. They’ve been talking to them for months. Maricopa is still the biggest battleground we have though. Once I get some stuff taken care of I’ll have more to say on that.
