Are we in "No-mans Land" now? In terms of what's gonna happen on January 6th? This has never happened before, correct? We've had Alternate Electors before, but never due to Fraud.
It seems like even Constitutional Lawyers don't even know what will happen... Pence opens and "tallys" the votes, but can he pick Trump Electors due to massive Voter Fraud?
Constitutionally, VP Pence has to let the House and Senate "choose" which set ot Electors to "count," but the Governor appointed Electors would be counted first, before the Alternate Trump Electors.
However, in 2020, in times of Massive Voter Fraud, it seems like Pence can control the Elector process and choose the Electors he wants. This didn't happen in 2016 because no States were disputed.
Am I correct?
Biden got 306 today. But Trump also got above 270, if you count PA, GA, WI, AZ and NV. Dr. Trump may also have above 306 if you count the alternate Electors.
I have no idea what happens now. On January 6th, VP Pence opens the envelopes. Can he disregard the Biden Electors if the State is contested? Can he only count the alternate Trump Electors? I don't believe this has ever happened before, in regards to contested States due to FRAUD
