Yesterday I suffered a severe ankle sprain. I can barely hobble a few feet, and even that’s excruciating. Not safe to myself or others to be there. Pain of not being able to go is worse than the physical pain, but that’s the unfortunate reality.
That said, I had made a hotel reservation for two nights, Jan 5th-7th DC Club Quarters back when it was first announced in December.
Nice hotel, 3 minute walk to Lafayette Square, 10 to the White House. I paid $98/night after all taxes and fees for two nights.
Going rate on Priceline is $311/night. I’m willing to transfer the reservation to anybody who wants it. Not prepaid so I have nothing to gain or lose, but figured I’d offer it up to one of y’all before giving it back to the hotel to mark up.
