Article you linked is on epigenetics, which can turn on or turn off genes but not change the DNA itself. So in theory...we could "turn off" cancer cells and essentially stop cancer growth. The cancer cell DNA isn't changed, only turned off. Would be a gamechanger imo

Exercise, stress, environmental factors CAN change expression of genes but NOT DNA unless it mutates or something goes wrong during replication or cellular functioning.
