I think they could hand count the ballots and compare them with the machine counts. One of the stickies had all the data, so it should be easy to identify which counties and/or precincts to focus on. I believe the PA Supreme Court added the 3 days to the law when they ruled on the case, but that's not how the law works (needs to be approved by congress, senate and governor). I believe this is what they'll be arguing at the federal Supreme Court level.

They wouldn't. The compiled version would have a different hash signature than the one on the machine.
Like another user said though, they could have it read parameters from a USB stick attached to the machine, and you wouldn't be able to catch that unless you had the stick (which would be long gone).
Also, they will say their code is proprietary, and won't let it be reviewed.
