To be a concession he literally has to say “I concede”. Giving up isn’t a concession. He can give up without conceding. Conceding acknowledges he lost the election fair and square. He won’t do that.
The crazy part is what a radical shift this is from previous generations when the right was more authoritarian and the left bucked against authority. We’re definitely in the fourth turning.
