-Not only did they buy as much PPE as they could from other countries and ship it back to china & send out faulty PPE when these countries finally started taking the Chinese Coronavirus seriously.
-But they have now also been shown to have manipulated these countries to act in a self-destructive way to destroy their economies under the guise that it was the correct response to the Chinese Coronavirus.

You know what would have been great in this kind of instance (besides the suspect listening to police orders)?
Some kind of physical technique that would momentarily make someone lose consciousness so you could detain them before things escalated to the use of fatal force.
