Oh i ponder what i can/should do about it all the time. Problem is its almost impossi le to get into the industry, and once youre in its almost impossible to get out, and if i lose my income finding another job is near impossible so risking termination is all around me. It just takes 1 nerd karen for me to lose my job.
Also the companies publicly display their support for domestic terrorists like BLM who want to dismantle the modern nuclear family seemingly oblivious to the fact that most of their employees are working there to do the opposite, support their nuclear family. Unfortunatly many employees are also blind or naive to this.
That was part of it, i think it has more to do with big tech's control and influence over the industry. We now have special "equity programs" where people of a specific race (not white) or immaginary gender get special treatment and support. You know, the biggotry of low expectations type shit.
