Hol' up! How much are they paying to not shoot people? Because right now I'm not shooting people in Baltimore, but if it's not like I couldn't stop shooting people in other cities. Instead of laughing at this absurdity we can turn it into a serious money making proposition.

In order to save lives, and to encourage a more peaceful muslim world, could we simply set off a low yield nuclear device above the Kaa'ba at the height of the haj? It would seem that a display of western warmaking skills might chasten them.
