So against the WORLDWIDE annual death rate, about 1 in 20 died of COVID to date this year in the UK. Barring a huge increase in deaths in the final third of the year, that number will become 1 1/2 in 20 deaths. . . In the worst hit country.
Nothing to sneeze at, but that's not exactly the black death which killed from 1/3 to 1/2 of the population of Europe.
Watching clips of rioters setting fires at Wheeler's apartment building in Portland, it occurs to me that it's attempted murder. If someone were to try to set a fire in my dwelling place I feel that shooting them would be eminently justifiable.

I have a friend who is a corporate pilot - he travels around thie US all the time, and of course as part of his job he overnights at hotels when away from home. He told me recently that in his travels he sees (and avoids) antifa personnel who are staying in good hotels in big cities. They are apparently troublesome at the hotels as well as once they get out on the street. Anyone else have any sightings?

I read up on the Proud Boys on their website, and by all indications, they're adamantly not white supremacists, not anti-gay, not anti much of anything except that they contend that Western Civilization is superior to all others and that we should stand proudly with them as upholders of our civilization.
They also are a men's only club, which by modern standards means of course that they want to reduce women to chattel slavery, or if you want to use your brain it means that women aren't allowed to join their beer drinking club as regular members. However, women are allowed to come and drink beer and attend everything except their rituals.
Here's the question - the MSM portrays them as Alt-Right white supremacists. Outside of agents provocateur, is there any real evidence that they are?

So, maybe it's not helpful, but most of you will know that you can report posts and advertising on Facebook. I have taken to reporting any ad I see for BidenWarrenSandersetc. as being hate speech/racist or as fake news. Does anybody else do this? Biden and Warren are racist, but Sanders is more fake news IMO.
