He doesn't even live there. He lives a bit outside the Capitol, but not sure where exactly

They are incapable of holding a general session right now. A special session is possible... if the Governor request it. The Governor, Wolf, is a democrat and will NEVER agree to this. That is the point I was making.

General session, according to the PA constitution, will not begin again until members are sworn in at the start of 2021.

I'm not trying to be a negative nancy. This is just the rules as they are written. The federal constitution may provide for different directions that overrule the state constitution, but I am waiting to see how the Supreme court rules on that.

The Governor also refused to answer any of the sincere questions, mainly regarding chain of custody, included in the 3 letters sent to him in the last few weeks.

He is simultaneously saying the election was totally OK while not providing any information to support that the election had any semblance of integrity.

The PA constitution sets a hard "end of session" date at 12/1. The House session is over until new members are sworn in next year. This is the MAJOR issue PA is dealing with, don't think the Republican House does not want to return... it is just literally against the state constitution.

I think this is a MASSIVE hole in the state constitution. For 1 month every 2 years the PA House of Reps has almost no power.

Now, because the State constitution conflicts with the federal constitution I feel this will need to go to the Supreme Court, at least for PA.

Very few know that Tina Fey was the first to say that line. Being honest, Tina looks a good deal like Palin so I understand why people were confused. The media just kept hammering that line as if Palin was an idiot though, which was the intent the entire time.

Funny thing is that Russia CAN actually be seen from Alaska

The entire house is not sworn in right now according to the state constitution. On 12/1 session officially ended, and the members will be sworn in again after the new year.

It's a huge problem with the pa constitution. For 1 month, every 2 years, there is no house of representatives.

The legal arguments and conflicting constitution issues are honestly deep to look into. I feel it hinges on the Supreme Court.

He is 100% right. This was sent to the Governor knowing he would never agree to it. It puts the Governor in a very difficult position optically.

Exactly. That is what I'm betting on

I don't want to rain on the parade, but this request of the Governor was not sent with the idea that he would approve it. He immediately said no. The governor is now on record simultaneously saying the PA election was without fraud while refusing to answer any simple questions about how the election was conducted and denying any ability for the legislature to look into it.

The PA Constitution is beautiful, but it has a major hole. For 1 month every 2 years the entire House and half the Senate cease to exist until new members are sworn in following an election (All members serve for 2 years). To my knowledge this has never been an issue until now. The letter to the Governor requests an immediate emergency session to swear in new members so that the legislature can act on election related issues. Of course the Governor would never do that, because he's a Dem and is assuring everyone the election was wonderful.

The Governor and Secretary of State have now received 3 letters with detailed questions, and have refused to answer any of them. Dominion also refused to attend a PA House info meeting, even when they wouldn't have been under oath. This is beyond ridiculous, and I feel no major change will occur until the US Supreme Court gets involved.

The link will take you to a PDF of a living document being put together by a number of statisticians. There are a multitude of Phd recipients that contributed to this work.

They provide excellent hypothesis and testing conditions to assess the integrity of the election in PA.

Weaponize your autism and get digging. This is some high brow material.

This is a living document being crafted by citizens with PHDs in statistics and physics among other achievements. They have found many irregular and nearly impossible statistical anomalies, and have a list of suggestions as to how these anomalies can be tested for fraud.

This is some high brow heady research. You need extreme levels of autism to digest this.

This is material that has been shared with the President's legal team. It is important that we patriots assure the arguments and data are correct and compelling.

Article 1 section 12 of the PA constitution authorizes the legislature to suspend law. It's essentially never been done, but totally possible

There are more than 20 co-signers to the resolution on day 1. Not bad. It's more than just Mastriano, he's just the most prominent and outspoken statesman

It was apparently said after the Allied took Berlin. That was around the time that the East and West met in the middle, and the US saw how vicious and terrible the soviets were.

This is rarely discussed, but the atrocities committed by the soviets as they invaded Germany in WWII are beyond horrific. Stalin literally sent condemned murderers and madmen to the front lines, so the barbaric nature of their actions were expected. Patton was made more and more aware over time of how terrifying Bolshevism really was, and how it needed to be stopped before it could spread.

Patton: "We fought the wrong enemy"

US Gov: Kill Patton

History Books: Just forget Patton ever said that, poor guy died in a freak accident, nothing to see there.

You'll absolutely be called a racist if you draw attention to the fact that the Chinese are brought up to find very little importance in the individual, and total importance in the collective. 95+% of China is Han Chinese. That would be like 95+% of America being not just ethnically European, but Italian-Americans.

I have spent a lot of time in china, both living there and traveling the country, and the Chinese people are the least empathetic people I've ever met. It has pros and cons to be honest, but some things are pretty jarring. They utterly abuse animals, will walk right past someone dying in the street, and will OK any abuse against an outside group so long as the Han Chinese people are benefited. Also, literally the most outright racist things I've ever heard or experienced were in China. The Chinese claim to not be racist, but only because they have such an ethnically homogeneous country they can't find anyone to be racist towards.

Judging a person or a culture by how they treat their animals is totally fair and honestly reflective of the person/culture's psyche.

It has not been confirmed that they only contacted Dems. With that being said, the evidence for pre-election contacts stems from the Dems own affidavits and the Dems admit to doing this in Dem controlled counties in PA. It may have only occurred in a few counties, it may have only occurred for dems, it may have occurred everywhere. It is undisputed that it did occur though.

Yes. Haitians. She is lauded for it but I'd prefer if she'd have adopted orphaned American children. It is better to help those closer to home than use all the resources to help others abroad while problems fester in your own communities.

Nina Ahmad was on the ballot in every voting precinct of PA. For her and other down-ballot dems to lose and Biden to win is essentially impossible.

According to Wikipedia: "Stephen Decatur Miller may have originated the concept during a speech at Stateburg, South Carolina in September 1830. He said "There are three and only three ways to reform our Congressional legislation, familiarly called, the ballot box, the jury box, and the cartridge box". This became his campaign slogan in his successful bid for the Senate on a platform advocating the abolition of tariffs."
