THAT'S the BRCC competitor to watch right there.
They just straight-up have no fucks left to give.
It's like "we make coffee".

That's what they're valued at now.
Three months ago they were valued at $7 billion.
Now while this particular shareholder bringing forth the complaint seems to have a personal grudge against Evan Hafer, he does have a point about all the shady shit Evan's been doing lately.
And how the fuck does one's company lose $5 billion in valuation over a three month period??!?!?!
The complaint seems more legit than the company does at this point.

I've also been following BRCC for a while now, ever since Evan and Mat's first appearance on Fox News about the Starbuck's thing.
At one time several years they said they were moving the HQs from Utah to San Antonio yet they're still headquartered in Utah. All they did was open a store in San Antonio. Now they're opening another one there. They used to brag how they were going to open stores everywhere very rapidly and rival Starbucks.
Well, that plan obviously went to shit.
20 coffee shops - with 10 of them just in Texas - is not rivaling anything.
The C-suite seems to have moved to Texas and bought ranches around the I-35 corridor between Dallas and Austin.
Now all they do is make videos about white water fishing in Idaho and jumping out of airplanes with custom BRCC-logo'd parachutes and shit like that.

Then there's the loose affiliation with Drinkin' Bros podcast - you know they podcast where that fat piece of shit said he didn't give a fuck and would doxx Alex Jones?
They use DB as a "platform" every time they put their fucking boots in their mouths so I expect them to do a special podcast with DB - again, for the third time - to somehow hand-wave this away as just a "hater" with "an axe to grind" against Evan Hafer.

I used to think they were cool and having a decade of service with another decade of GS and contractor work right after that - and all but 3 years of that overseas - I could identify with at first. But the more I looked at them and their videos, the more "poseur" they kept appearing. Especially the TACP guy. I worked with a TACP detachment overseas for 2.5 years and they didn't talk as much shit as that guy.
When we weren't deployed or on an exercise, they'd just work out, drink, and grill. Hell, they had an entire hidden bar in their maintenance bay.

While contracting we ran shitloads of professional "Very Special Forces" pipehitters through our training facilities overseas in Germany, Jordan, & Kuwait from various countries to include the U.S. and none of them acted like these guys do. I don't know, maybe it's just a "no longer serving, can act badass on the YouTubes" thing with the former VSF guys, but the ones I've met still on the job kept their mouths shut most of the time and just got on with it. Even in AARs after exercises they would sit there, listen, take notes and not say much. Once in a while there'd be a Chatty Cathy but never about anything regarding his job or deployments, usually just cigars, whiskey, and video games.

I do appreciate their support for veterans but they always seem to learn more towards the Very Special Forces side of that. I've never seen them hang around with a former Army cook, tanker, cav scout, admin clerk, artilleryman, 88M transpo, 77F fueler, mechanic, commo guy, etc.
It always seems to be former SF, Rangers, or SEALs with that crowd.
You know, the small minority of actual warfighters in the U.S. military.
Then again, a lot of VetTube seems to do the same damn thing. I guess it's an image thing.
I mean, fuck, I once dropped an entire building with an M1A1 Heavy tank just to end some bad guys but since I didn't have a fancy tab, beret, or trident then that doesn't seem to count to that particular veteran niche. Meh, fuck it.

Shame. They could have been something had they just not decided to be assholes to their core marketing base.
But oh well, another company will come along eventually to replace them in that space.
And it will probably be the one that goes out and finds those working-class veterans and just sits down and talks with them about their time in and out of the military.
The folks in this niche come and ago all the time.

Correct.
CIA Pipehitters just follow orders and aren't required to think.
He obviously didn't do much since it seems he had time to roast and grind coffee beans while he was overseas.

So now instead of only taking out a single tank, a SABOT round will take out more than one?
Sounds like a win for anyone going up against them.

Know what's better than a drone tank? An actual Predator drone. Or an A-10 Warthog.
Again, DoD did heavy research into this and determined that any potential benefits gained wouldn't be worth the risk, both financial as well as to the solder. Drone tank breaks down, real tank has to stop and real tank crew has to fix it.
So now that drone tank has taken TWO tanks out of the fight.
OK, OK, so a real tank crew doesn't stop to fix it. You've now taken up an M88 recovery vehicle and mechanics to tow it back to the boneyard and try to repair it. Now which tanks take precedence - broken drone tanks or broken real tanks?
It's a logistical nightmare waiting to happen.

And if you think the Russians are really "WAY ahead on this front" then you're just fucking delusional and falling for some propaganda bullshit.
The Rooskies are still putting off-the-shelf Canon DSLR cameras in janky mounts in their aerial recon drones and deploying T-72 tanks with fake "reactive armor" blocks. FAKE REACTIVE ARMOR BLOCKS!
Rooskie robo-tank my ass. They're lying to everyone.

Maybe in 200 years it might be worth it due to as-yet-to-be-discovered new technology makes it more and more feasible but not in this century.
After all, they predicted flying cars back in the 50s, 60s, and 70s and where the fuck are all those flying cars?
No-fucking-where, that's where. The technology just isn't there yet and probably won't be in this century.

"robotic tanks"
General White Rage has lost his goddamn mind.
The entire current "robotic tanks" arsenal can be summed up on a single hand and none have ever gotten out of the prototype stage and won't be for at least the next two decades.
Why? Simple. Human bodies are cheaper and easier to replace.
The M1A2 tank with a manual loader still has a faster firing rate than any current auto-loading tank and that human loader can perform other duties as well helping perform maintain and repair the tank.
"Robotic tanks" - get the fuck out of here.

Great. More "TWO MORE WEEKS!" bullshit.

There has been no official law enforcement press release at the time of this publication.

You'd be on to something however "streaming rights" are usually locked up by either Netflix, Hulu, Paramount+, Amazon Prime, Disney+, Peacock, or any number of other streaming services run by goddamn pieces-of-shit.
What might be needed is a digital streaming "clearing house" that offers all films and TV series streaming rights to any streaming service for a modest monthly/yearly fee instead of these "exclusives".
Then someone could start a Blockbuster's Revenge streaming service.

When you think about it for a minute, this is literally the end of the SEC.
It removes any and all enforcement power from them.
The SEC would be forced to take every single case to the FBI and have them prosecute it in court.
Guess how the SEC is funded?
Fees and fines.

As currently structured, the SEC must go through the federal appropriations process for its annual operating budget, even though it annually collects registration fees that exceed its appropriations.

Correct. it's literally a California code.

California Welfare and Institutions Code

Sec. 5150

(a)When a person, as a result of a mental health disorder, is a danger to others, or to himself or herself, or gravely disabled, a peace officer, professional person in charge of a facility designated by the county for evaluation and treatment, member of the attending staff, as defined by regulation, of a facility designated by the county for evaluation and treatment, designated members of a mobile crisis team, or professional person designated by the county may, upon probable cause, take, or cause to be taken, the person into custody for a period of up to 72 hours for assessment, evaluation, and crisis intervention, or placement for evaluation and treatment in a facility designated by the county for evaluation and treatment and approved by the State Department of Health Care Services. At a minimum, assessment, as defined in Section 5150.4, and evaluation, as defined in subdivision (a) of Section 5008, shall be conducted and provided on an ongoing basis. Crisis intervention, as defined in subdivision (e) of Section 5008, may be provided concurrently with assessment, evaluation, or any other service.

What's hilarious is that this wasn't a Tinder or Grindr date.
PV's gay undercover "met" the guy in a bar or online somewhere and sniped him like a Russian spy doll.
What's even more hilarious is the Tweep mark was bragging about it "good thing we met organically".
Folks in San Francisco are dumb as hell and deserve the hell they've made of that once-fine city.
I want the San Francisco of the "Have Gun, Will Travel" 1880s.

I bet they started with "Twerps" until someone opened a dictionary. And I bet that the person they contacted and are "trying to help" is going to be fired by close of business on Friday.

Talk about dodging a bullet by voting in President Trump.

Excellent work eyeballing the fuck out of that thing, but I think the fix is going to be put in at the general election so make sure you're there as well.

Nah, unlike the Clintons who kept their kid away from the public eye for most of her life, the Trumps are way too famous and public.
Anything happens to Trump's kids and it's going to be huge, international news and result in heavy and rabid civilian investigation.
Way too risky. They know they're better off just ignoring Trump's family.

Hours before we were to cross the Sava into Bosnia back in '95 our CO had us gather around right at the bridge for a briefing on the crossing.
When it came to the ROE we were told "no more Somalias" and if someone had a weapon in their hands to just shoot them dead regardless of whether or not they were engaging us. That was specifically laid out as well during the Dayton Accord meetings - they were told we'd just open fire on anyone carrying a weapon in theater.
And after all three parties were shown in Dayton how we had every inch of their countries mapped out in FalconView and could bomb everything they owned into non-existence, they quickly agreed to make sure no one was walking around with a weapon.
This is was the big first overseas operation since the "Blackhawk Down" battle in Somalia and the CO wasn't looking for a repeat event.
Everything went smooth except for a few folks that had to be violently reminded.
Problem is, to date we've never done that with the Somali warlords.
That place is a shithole and the entire country should just be bombed into glass.
