As for that, I was thinking, “well, are you talking about initial claims or people moving from one program to another?” I, unfortunately, got laid off back in April due to the China virus and I’ve burned through like, three different programs already. The application process for each program probably differs from state to state and who knows, the media and various state gov’ts are probably trying to count people like me as brand new claims every time we go from one program to another.

As for coronavirus cases going up...so? I think the President has done a good job in handling the pandemic. Whatever happened to those navy hospital ships he had set up, that New York said ‘no’ to? Things HAVE gotten better. The President can only do so much, and a lot of the blame also rests with the governors of each state (like that plastic-looking bitch Gretchen Whitmer - I hate that hag so much and I am so glad I don’t live in Michigan). The governors usually call the shots in terms of which phase of reopening their states go into. For example, in the state I’m currently living in, North Carolina, we’re on phase three, which means the damn DMV is STILL practically closed (can’t get my damn license and I don’t qualify for that stupid waiver - makes me so angry). This is due to the governor, Roy Cooper, being a Democrat asshole.

These “journalists” need to just ask the questions and stop arguing with him. Let their fact checkers “fact-check” his statements after it’s done.

Palin simply wasn't media savvy. Even to this day she isn't capable of handling the media the way Trump is, which is why he, who hadn't even served in public office until he ran for President, actually won against Hillary the swamp creature. Hillary, who was supposed to be the First Female President.

She had a pretty solid record in the two and a half years she served as governor of Alaska, but unfortunately, because the McCain campaign just had to have their "let's make history" moment, they chose her rather than the guy McCain actually wanted to run with (Joe Lieberman).

I've read all the books she's written since the campaign, and she's solid on all the issues. Resigning as governor of Alaska - in her first term, no less - was easily the biggest mistake she made. I understand why she did it, but that's also part of the problem - she should have anticipated that her own reforms could be used against her, but she didn't. There's no recovering from accusations of being a quitter, and that's why she's absolutely done in politics. It's a shame, because she had so much potential.

All I can say is thank God for Trump.
