He has not intention of doing any of that, it's just milk and honey for his gullible supporters. In reality he'll be getting kickbacks from those same gun makers for starting new wars and new funding their way.
For a judge to reverse their own decision so quickly.. I can only imagine their family was threatened.
I'm not even sure it's part of some grand conspiracy. Journalists are just lazy and arrogant. They just regurgitate whatever they consider respectable. and which tend to favour their bias. The BBC is terrible for this, regurgitating the "no evidence" line just because that's what all the US press says, and refusing to do any investigation themselves.
The more obvious sign you should be looking at is the one that reads "Upper James Street W1".
you can't introduce any new evidence in appeals. It has to be there from the beginning.
I mean that's the exact opposite of how it works in most countries that use common law. New evidence coming to light is a valid ground to appeal. It gets people off death row, gets their sentence overturned, etc etc. Happens all the time.
However this all ignores the fact that more evidence is revealed during discovery, which only happens after a court order.
As nice and comforting as that thought is, if it were true the lawsuits would have hit the ground running on day one. Instead it's taken them a month to get their shit together.
That kinda depends on who's in power. The Dems would like nothing more than to punish sites that don't morality police their content.
Wasn't the whole basis of the pending scotus case that the legislators have that power and not the court? And now we find out they didn't have the power because they gave it to the SOS in 1938? So the Scotus case is dead in the water unless the legislator all get behind this motion? Even then, can they retroactively change the law?
Idk, it's just a motion.
Is the one in PA leading anywhere?
China has a large population.
They also said masks were bad and the science was unclear, at first at least.
It seems clear that the main ways they rigged the elections were:
Popular vote: using wide scale Dominon rigging to transfer votes subtlety in deep red areas to Biden without effecting the overall result. This may be millions of votes, and has only shown up so far as statistical abnormalities in large datasets. Swing states: a combination of mail-in ballot dumping, absentee ballot fraud, Trump ballot binning and in person USB machine counting hacks.
Trump won both the popular vote and the EC vote. I suspect the popular vote rigging was trialled in 2016, maybe even in the primaries against Sanders.
I don't know tbh. I agree with the sentiment, but repeal will only favour the big players. The likes of Twatter, faceblog and actreddit already have enough AI behind them to stay ahead of lawsuits, they can filter posts in realtime, and frankly they would like to filter more. Any smaller competitor like Gab, Parlour and yep, td.w, will not survive without 230 protections.
If anything 230 protections need teeth. Not only should companies be immune from prosecution over the actions of users (current 230) they should also be absolutely held to account if they act in any way to interfere with lawful posts.
"Whoops, we got caught this time"
Able to be is not good enough. They have to show that it actually was. All this does is provide reasonable doubt that the election was legitimate, but they have to actually provide proof beyond reasonable doubt that it was illegitimate.
Not see it myself. Just loads more witness testimony that will be refuted by the witnesses on the opposing side. There's no hard evidence of foreign involvement either, just systems that maybe possibly open to such interference.
And this is on top of the voting system being hacked to gradually transfer fractional votes over the course of the day. It wasn't enough, so they had to cheat more obviously.
What's the timeline for this?
That's just my personal take, but even then, I don't think people will easily forget, and revenge will be cold and brutal.
My prediction is that Biden will win the EC despite multiple state and Scotus cases going Trump's way, simply because there's too much fraud to litigate against in such a short time frame. Biden will spend the rest of his short presidency mired in fraud lawsuits, some criminal. But he'll retire, Legs Wide will take over, and the Dems will attempt to create the illusion of a clean sheet.
Scotus might be enough to force a quick recount in PA, does fuck all for the rest.
You are honestly quite retarded.
This is remarkably accurate to be fair.
