When I have time I'll go into detail but the lockdowns are already being challenge and on 9/14 PA judge did a great job breaking down why it unconstitutional. Once it works up the court system as long as the judges aren't being arbitrary or activists he decision should hold.
Focus should be more on the polar reversal and how to figure out the consequences of it and how to protect ourselves then a harmless gas.

In short any protections in the constitution the states can not infridge on. Prior to this admendment you would be correct but the 14th weaken the powers of the states by quite a bit.
The lockdowns in most states was not done by the legislature and the failure of thr states to compensate business was a further violation.
230 should be admended to only apply to PRIVATE FORUMS. Not to public institutions which include Publicly trade companies
