1 ) The President has not conceded. In fact, his statement about criminals was directed at Congress and the rest of the Deep State. He did not mention Biden or the word 'concede' in his statement. Just talk of a 'new' Administration, and that's what it would be without Pence.
2 ) 400 US Army soldiers deployed to the Capitol and are building an security wall around the perimeter. Additionally, the Secretary of Defense has deployed 6000 National Guard troops in DC >> This actually shocked them and they were wondering why it was not in their news feeds.
3 ) Pelosi is desperate to invoke the 25th Amendment to remove POTUS from office, immediately. If Biden is President and POTUS is isolated, defeated, losing his last few allies and cut off from communicating with the People, why is he a threat? Why can't Pelosi just kick back for 12 days and savor the victory? He still commands the Armed Forces, that's why. Pelosi knows who his true allies are...

I'm choosing to believe the latter. To doomer, and non-belivers I say unto you, really at this point, what do you have to lose? Either we're right and everything changes or we're wrong, and nothing changes. Nothing ever mattered from the start.
Frankly until Biden or Trump is sworn in on the 20th, it's not over!

Trump has not conceded! It's not over. Q said it best, there are no coincidences.
