That's all fine and good, but I'm pretty sure that's not how standard police procedure works, even for something as small as a non-fatal collision at an intersection, let alone an explosion.
So, watching this I have two questions. Who were those people we see running away from the explosion on a street we saw to be closed up and deserted previously, and why did the cops allow them to procede to their vehicles without detaining them for statements/medical treatment after they were seen fleeing an explosion?
But if that's the amount of registered voters, what was the actual turnout. And even that number seems a little suspect. Like, what, did every eligible adult in the US register? Cause I can tell you that didnt happen either.
