No I work for a mid sized company (now, used to be a big 5 guy). I’ve been with them since start up. I get that big companies are already overrun.
No the profession as a whole is overrun. My personal situation is not, the company I work for is based. I'm not worried about my position, but more worried about the team members I would get if SJW's took this advice seriously.
This has been my experience also at lots of positions in the past (but not my current one, thank goodness).
