If there is no pressure by the people, scotus would not want to take something if people do not care because they don’t want to disenfranchise the people. Courts are very particular about election stuff because they don’t wants to overturn the will of the people. Hence why people shit on doomers, because of we are start dooming and retreat, there won’t be a reason to take the case in a hurry. Public pressure is a must, hence why you see all these AGs of these states participating. This is why you see all those state hearings with legislators because of public pressure because people are fired up. Use that anger as a motivation, not to doom. They want us to have election fatigue but we need that energy.

You have to understand all those lawsuits were dismissed because of laches/procedural manner - i.e: lack of standing (the plaintiffs were not directly affected by the results of the election), they filed too late, or they filed too early (basically a catch 22). Nothing on the merits were argued except for in AZ. They have been asking the courts to look at it from merits standpoint and the courts - mainly Dems or just don’t want to interfere - have dismissed it. If they looked at the meat of the lawsuit, it would have had its day in the court.

The Texas one is great because although the SCOTUS does not have to accept the case, they might be pressured or compelled to take it because of the support they are getting and SCOTUS needs to give some kind of guidance since they are the tertiary level left to provide something to the people. We only need 4 justices or more to hear the case.

So we can be hopeful and we should be, because without hope, we would not survive as human beings. I’m not telling you to be blindly hopeful, but look at all the options that are still available to us.
