As the crowd grows and posts about people on their way or arriving, I am crushed I can't be there..home with 3 kids and no way off of work. Y'all.. the doom and gloom is so depressing on there. All they talk about is how unlikely it is that SCOTUS will even pick this case up. Just like that my hype over today was cut in half. They have to take the case! Politics shouldn't play into it, but they do realize if they do nothing the courts will be packed and they are essentially useless at that point.
Did anyone watch him on Stinchfield tonight? I thought it was a great segment on laying out the Texas case. Since SCOTUS has requested all states being sued in the filing to respond by Thursday, he says it is highly likely they take this case to rule. This is the deciding factor in the entire election. Can't find a clip to post, but if someone else can post that would be 👌
Seems like they will throw out smaller cases and keep TX case for 1 ruling on multiple states??? If they refuse all cases the world will erupt!
