I cracked the code as to why so many companies are run by leftists. I'll try to sum up:
Basically, the left operates on the "grievance culture." That means for decades, leftists have been unable to accept their own failings in business, and - instead - have looked for other people to blame. Be it racism, or sexism, or homophobia, or WHATEVER, leftists pin their career failings on an "ism."
As a result, they have spent decades running to HR to complain about their counterparts. True or not, every complaint becomes a black mark on the career of their victims. Over time, all these grievances stack up, holding back the careers of people who DON'T engage in grievance culture (i.e. conservatives). Not to mention the fact that many people in business will quickly see that if you DON'T kowtow to the grievance culture, you will similarly have your career derailed.
So, basically, corporations have become leftist because commies can only elevate themselves by bringing down others.

Lumber was as low as $260 last March, then shot up as high as $840 recently.

Honestly, when some people talk about secession, they should FIRST be looking at this as an option to right the country. If this fails, then states might consider our system irrevocably broken.
