Did you hear it when GEOTUS announced that he gave the oil companies permission to use the strategic oil reserve to store their oil?

When the demoncrats passed law to prevent GEOTUS from buying oil for the oil reserve, in an attempt to support our oil industry in this war against it/us by Russia/Saudi Arabia, he didn't hold up the relief to America in a petty feud with them. He worked around them. He's allowing the oil companies some relief with the storage problem, and later, since it's already in there, he will get the funds/law to finish the purchase. Always two steps ahead.
