US is NOT a trading nation ! We are a continental economy. We make and consume our own food and energy.
As a % of GDP, we are the least involved among developed nations, with only 8% of our GDP coming from exports, and half of that is done with Mexico and Canada.
We're good. The rest of the world isn't. But that's their problem, not ours.
Too French.
We have a perfectly fine tradition of hanging people that is associated culturally with America, especially when describing the Wild West era. Just needs a bit of a modern twist. Hanging traitors from an airborne helicopter (think Scarface) seems like a better, more American choice
"British tech firms gained more venture capital investment in total than Germany, France, Spain and Ireland combined."
This is more to do with Brexit than really competing with Silicon Valley. London is the destination of choice for rich people trying to get their money the covfefe out of Dodge before the Euro and the EU collapse.
London is still in the EU at the moment, but after January 31, the rules they have been operating by go out the window. Everything in the UK has to be re-negotiated with the EU, so it's very unclear what the new rules will be.
Therefore, people are heading for the lifeboats now, while the rules are the same. After January 31? Expect investment in London to collapse as it swings to New York. That will still be operating under the same rules as before, since the US never was part of the EU.
In a few years she will also be advocating for more immigrants to flood into Europe. Then she will be the next Elin Krantz https://www.bitchute.com/video/m5DkSUtTM65J/
I remember on the Glenn Beck show, he showed an American Nazi party rally in Madison Square Garden on February 20, 1939. It was surreal and difficult seeing George Washington flanked by swastikas. Over 20,000 attended that rally. https://www.theatlantic.com/video/index/542499/marshall-curry-nazi-rally-madison-square-garden-1939/
I wasn't too well versed in it a year ago, either. This helped give me the bigger picture of geopolitics https://youtu.be/feU7HT0x_qU
Should just hard Brexit January 31st. This 3 year long process is dragging into a 4th year.
No matter what, hard or soft Brexit, they'll face a long recession, even with a free trade deal with the US. Sooner they get started, the sooner they will be a healthy independent country again
Germany took it's nuclear power offline and spent a ton of money on a solar network that they thought would supply them with 70% of their need. It only provides 5% because the sun doesn't shine in Germany ! They've had to go back to burning coal, the lignite type that makes the most emissions lol
So I can see why they want more windmills, and are desperate to get Germans to accept them
It's context that no one ever discusses, but needs to be heard about the reasons our troops will continue to bleed and die there. Reality is that Saudi Arabia and Iran hate each other. We are there to stay between them as a buffer so California can get it's oil.
When we leave, nothing will be there to prevent the Saudis and Iranians from turning the Persian Gulf red with each others blood. But East Asia and, to a lesser extent, Europe, will still need Persian Gulf oil to fuel their economies. They will have to send their navies to the Persian Gulf, pick a side in the war, load up the crude, and escort it to safety. Because of shale, America won't need to give a damn about either the country that sponsored the 9/11 hijackers, or the country that cheered it.
I want us out of the Middle East yesterday, but due to California, we're stuck there.
We needed over 100k troops to invade the smaller and flatter Iraq. Iran is bigger and much more mountainous, like a super-sized version of Afghanistan. Much harder to invade. We'd need at bare minimum 400k troops to invade Iran. Not only is the Iranian army big with 1+ million troops, they would be damn near impossible to clear out of every mountain range. So a war involving us invading Iran is out, especially when we had so many troops tied up for so long in neighboring Iraq and Afghanistan.
That leaves the terrorists and proxy wars that Iran sponsored. And they sponsor a metric shit ton of them. Paid for by the sale of oil and natural gas to our NATO "allies" in Europe. Now that they've decided to suck on Putin's dick to get those thick dark loads of creamy oil they need, only Turkey remains as Iran's biggest NATO customer, with 44% of Turkey's oil supply coming from Iran.
So if 43 and 44 had acted against Iran, our NATO "allies" would have been plunged into an energy crisis. If they had acted against one of the terrorist cells that Iran sponsored, they all would have put Europe in their sights. Because 43 and 44 didn't have the balls to say Fuck NATO and Fuck Europe, our troops are the ones that bled and died so that Europe could be our economic competitors.
As long as California sits on it's ass and doesn't join the shale revolution, we're going to have to have troops there guarding shipments. The blood of every American serviceman that dies over there belongs on the hands of the California EPA. They keep denying permits for new pipelines to the shale oilfields of Texas, and denying the expansion of drilling for shale oil in the Monterrey field. All of that leads to California importing more Middle East oil than the rest of the country put together. By a wide margin.
If it wasn't for fucking California, we could get out of the Mideast tomorrow, and let it become East Asia and Europe's problem.
Because liberal pussies think Iran is something to be scared of. Decades of Rules of Engagement imposed on our warfighters by the sniveling cowards in the government have conditioned the left to think there have to be rules in war
We should have stopped protecting Europe after the Cold War ended. Entire generations of Europeans have grown up with this dangerous naivety about the world on the doorstep of their continent. We didn't let them take responsibility for defending their countries, culture, customs and traditions, so they have no experience doing so.
Best thing we can do for them is to let them learn how on their own.
Returned? It never left. Both the blacks and the Arabs do the enslaving. As for whose job it is to stop slavery, how about we worry about our own neighborhoods first before sticking our noses in other people's neighborhoods? Plenty of things that needs fixing here, like the genocide of the unborn, the homeless, the suicidal vets, the hordes of illegal invaders, and the mental instability of the left.
Great news for the Commiefornia pedos. Now they have a good reason to take showers with underage kids and wear less clothes. Socialist environmentalism demands that less water is used, so the kids will suffer more abuse now
He will always be Pierre Delecto to me
