Most churches today act like religious autonomous zones that seek to keep them away from verses they like to ignore and not think about.
That's why a lot of conservatives will continue wearing masks, continue sending their kids to public school, continue living in their big blue cities, and continue to blindly follow the denomination of their parents and what their pastors say about any given verse.
