So, I followed George Webb for his stint on the Awan Brothers research. It was some very heavy shit. Major implications. Most notably:

• Awan brothers had been providing "doped" phones to Congress... to communicate off the record

• Witness Taggart saw the phones, took pictures of them, and handed over to DC Capitol police (Federal property)

• They then vanished

• The theory was that the Awan's ran a series of businesses around DC to launder

• As well as "IT Support" for a wide range of Congress

They were essentially managing ports of entry, laundering, drugs, human trafficking... etc. Running "ratlines" via the doped phones.
