I think for myself and am not buying into any bullshit "consensus". The bullshit "consensus" argument is used to argue for global warming. It's nothing but an argument from intimidation, "how can so many thousands of us be wrong?"

The governors doing the certifying are participants in the fraud, of course they wouldn't certify a second slate of electors. The "certification" process itself under question. That is why the law makes allowance for papers "purporting" to be certified from alternate authorities.
Having the governors determine what is certified is against what the constitution specifies anyway, which is that the legislatures should have final say. At any rate, no one has standing to command the VP what to count before, only to object afterward.
The law references "the certificates and papers purporting to be certificates" The alternate slates of electors come by mail or courier from the various states in dispute. If you are saying that it is never possible for alternate slates of electors to exist then why does law spend so much time talking about them?
