I just listened to a really interesting take on the IA among other current events. This guy frames it up as the IA is in play but the pentagon is the hold up.
Basically we're headed for a serious economic down turn and DC is gobbling up all they can. The pentagon wants war with chyna to secure contracts, funding, etc. The IA is being held for a consent to commit an act of war against chyna (the 11/2020 EO).
He went on to say that since Trump is a peace loving pres, he may take the L to keep us out of war as long as possible. And that of all the moves he anticipated, this may have been one that was not.
My take is that the law is the law - do we really have to negotiate enforcing the law? Is it possible that potus finds himself in this predicament? Or is it possible that this is why so many were replaced at the pentagon post-election?
Here's where the black pill comes in for me - any scenario where he does not have a 2nd term is super fucking disappointing and leaves me feeling like we (the U.S.) are basically done.
Suggestions on how to get over this?

Yes 7 days - I wish everyone would stop fantasizing about them coming for us, arresting GEOTUS, etc. It's fucking depressing and pathetic. If people truly think that way then get off the forum and go do something productive like stocking up on groceries/water or chopping firewood (which everyone should probably do anyway just in case of a snow storm or something).
