But if a new president isn’t sworn in, the order of succession comes into play. If the first two in that order (Speaker of the House and Senate President) are under arrest for illegal dealings with a foreign enemy, the third in that order (Secretary of State) will be the acting president until the issue is resolved.
If that abomination is sworn in on 1/20, we need to make a list of demands to our state and local officials and recall or vote them out if they don’t comply. Here’s some for starters.
Expel agents of an illegitimate government.
No enforcement of laws or rules created by illegitimate government.
No enforcement of taxation by an illegitimate government.
Pass state laws to prohibit discrimination based on political affiliation.
