Here's how I see the gun grab going down: Owner gets a letter from the state telling them they must do some other thing in order to keep their firearms "Within legal limits"-Owner does nothing.
Owner gets a letter stating they have violated the new law and now must appear in court and bring payment for a hefty fine-Owner does nothing.
Owner gets a letter stating their failure to appear has resulted in a warrant for their arrest-Owner does nothing.
Owner is walking out of the store on a Friday, 3 kids in tow, gets surrounded by 5 cops guns drawn and at the same time the owners home gets raided-Owner goes immediately to jail and all firearms are seized in the home and the owner likely gets sentenced in a REAL speedy trial putting him in prison for X amount of years.

I think the major flaw he made was not making a public address finding any restriction of freedom to own forearms auto prison time and support it with a message that the 2nd will be adhered to by ALL forms of government free of frivolous, and invasive, background checks and ANY law. Then he should have made it clear to citizens that we are at war with all of our local governments and to take them over because it was time to rebuild. Giving special recognition that police were not on our side.

Also if you buy American call them up and ask for operations manager, anyone but the person that answers, and ask if the products are made here or if they are i imported and simply "Manufactured" here.
