does scanning a ballot 10 times actually count it 10 times? How is there not some sort of system in place that dumps duplicate ballots. Surely each ballot has a unique barcode on it, right?

I can totally see someone filling out one ballot in one county/state and then filling out a ballot in another county/state and that duplicate ballot not being discarded.

But the exact same ballot 10x? I know government is retarded, but is it really that retarded?

  1. The Elections Clause of the United States Constitution states that “[t]he Times, Places, and Manner of holding Elections for Senators and Representatives, shall be prescribed in each State by the Legislature thereof.” U.S. Const. Art. I, § 4, cl. 1 (emphasis added).

the question is over the definition of "The Legislature thereof."

PA Court interpreted a state law in favor of collecting late ballots, which republicans claim is not contained within the strict language of the law.

If "The legislature thereof" is interpreted to mean only the legislature and not any court's interpretation, then the PA court could not have ordered the late ballots to be counted, as it was a "liberal" interpretation rather than strict interpretation of the law which required votes to be cast on election day, thus not received after.

Tbh, this lawsuit has a much larger implications than this election alone. If this ruling is overturned by the SC, that will set immediate precedent that state legislatures and only state legislatures may encode or interpret the law regarding elections. this favors republicans heavily as they control a ton of state governments.

the issue is, if the ballots were actually properly segregated, which I dont know, then it would mean that this specific attack would not change the results as they stand without some other fraud, since its only attacking those ballots received after the 3rd but postmarked "in time"

do these people submit reports when they notice these irregularities? This affidavit was signed Nov 7 but alleges conduct on Nov 3rd. Shouldn't there be a contemporaneous report? Think that would make it a homerun since a statement made close to the event observed has much more weight.

I'm an attorney. This isn't a filing. There is no clerk timestamp. It appears to be a draft.

I also looked on the clerk's website and couldn't find any cases for these Plaintiffs. I wonder if it just hasn't been filed or uploaded by the clerk yet?

look for yourself

It has nothing to do with Trump losing or being a loser. First of all, he hasn’t lost. Secondly, he hasn’t conceded. How can he be a sore loser if he hasn’t lost nor conceded?
