I feel your pain. Getting rid of Facebook, twitter, Chrome at least the Google version and limiting products and use of various American hating companies was fairly easy but Amazon for us was entrenched in many things we do from shopping, video, streaming sticks and more.
What was easy was just not to always and automatically use Amazon as we had. Search a bit more and buy products elsewhere when the chance arises. Not purchasing rentals/movies through Amazon video. Alternate music services, rate and review things as a neg when you find SJ cockstanding and more.
You can make differences without eliminating things entirely. Every bit has a action, even if it will take many and long term use to have a obvious effect.
Always beware someone telling you that you must do something that they themselves will not do.
