Please show me the place in the Constitution where payments from the public treasury to objects of charity are authorized.

James Madison said he couldn't find it. Neither can I.

Show me, please.

The whole thing started as a joke.

But some people are easily swayed.

As I posted earlier, Nasty Pelosi is right for once.

ALL social welfare programs at the Federal level are unconstitutional. Food Stamps, Section 8, Medicaid, farm subsidies, solar subsidies, wind-power subsidies -- none are authorized in the Constitution and are therefore illegal.

This also applies to a host of programs that are not, technically, welfare -- such as Social Security, Medicare, SBA loans, etc.

Someone ask Nasty if they should ALL be eliminated.

As usual, the 'crats are lying.

Here, on Breitbart: https://www.breitbart.com/clips/2020/08/09/pelosi-trumps-executive-orders-are-absurdly-unconstitutional/

The EO has suspended payroll taxes FOR THE REST OF THIS YEAR. It is my understanding that Americans will have to repay them once the pandemic has ended.

That's not quite the same as "de-funding" them. I hope that helps.

So... philosophy isn't serious. Having a moral code isn't serious. Having a RATIONAL moral code isn't serious.

But an irrational moral code based on the writings of ancient priests and mystics who believed that the Earth is flat, the Sun revolves around it, and talking animals --

now, THAT is serious. Got it.

I was in Manchester, New Hampshire in 2006 as a member of the Free State Project. Election day came, and I went to my precinct to vote before heading off to work.

As I was coming out of the building, a huge charter bus (Greyhound/Trailways size) pulled up and set its brakes. Dozens of black people poured out of the bus and headed into the precinct.

My heart sank as I realized that my vote had just been cancelled, many times over. Sure enough, Charlie Bass was defeated.

Where did that bus come from? Where was it going next? I wished that I didn't have to go to work, so I could follow it and see how many other precincts it stopped at to pour out the same forty people (ALL of them black) to go vote.

That's my election fraud story.

"Even the greatest minds in science cannot answer the questions of what came before the big bang..."

Christians sure do seem obsessed with this question. I've never heard of anyone else caring about it. And I do remember hearing of a hypothesis or two, but I guess you wouldn't know about them. Apparently reading scientific papers is forbidden or something...

"... how did something come from nothing..." another question Christians ask incessantly. They should ask their own priests, because THEY are the ones claiming that "something came from nothing." No physicist has ever made that claim.

"...and how were the laws of physics determined."

Through observation, analysis and experiments, silly. And a fair amount of calculus.

"excess." In other words, all of the fruit of your labor that you don't need for survival.

Just as earlier, you condemned "hoarding," which is another word for: savings.

Your use of language exposes you: you're a Collectivist. Everything one produces that is "in excess" must not be "hoarded:" it must be given to the Collective.

In other words, Capitalism is not permitted.

No functional difference between that, and Socialism.

Of course she's not black. She's GREEN.

Didn't you see the TV series "V" back in the eighties? This is Diana, the alien lizard from outer space.

Science does not deal in the supernatural. Period. It also does not deal in beliefs or "faith."

It does not matter how many scientists around the world believe in talking animals - each is free to do so as long as it doesn't affect his/her work in his/her particular field - what matters is the science itself.

And I'm not going to listen to lectures about Occam's Razor from someone who cannot even spell it correctly.

I'm no fan of the NRA -- I stopped sending them money decades ago when they started turning into cucks -- but I'll stand with them all the way in this particular fight.

Damn right.

I was willing to go along with it, even though it's a gross violation of the Constitution (the Federal government has no authority to disburse the public treasury on objects of charity) until one of my neighbors, who's been living high on the $600 unemployment checks, got in my face last week about Pelosi being a hero for standing up to Trump and working to keep his gravy train rolling.

The man has enough money in the bank now to keep him warmed & fed for the rest of his life. He has no house payment or car payment: everything he owns is free and clear.

I went back to work. Yah, I'm not making the $600 a week I was. But we all knew it was going to end last week, so I went out there and got a job.

Fuck these parasites. Fuck all of them.

Because the gigantic Global Warming lawsuit against the Eeeeeeevil Oil Companies fell flat on its face, so they're going to go after smaller game now.

A "billion billion coincidences" (your words) is several orders of magnitude simpler than an imaginary super-intelligent Being who keeps every electron in every atom in every molecule in every planet in every star system in every galaxy in an unfathomably vast Universe spinning - and still has time to send a woman to my door.

Learn some science. These "billions and billions of coincidences" aren't coincidences. Atoms have certain properties. They have affinity for certain other atoms. Emergent order (or spontaneous order, if you wish) has been observed over and over in the natural world.

But you want to complicate everything with an imaginary Being that cannot possibly exist, just so that you can engage in your obsession to control other people's lives.

Pathetic.

No, Occam's Razor simply says that the simplest explanation is probably the right one. And there is nothing simple about assuming the existence of an all-powerful invisible Sky Fairy that created everything out of nothing, but had the time to send ME a woman.

I came from The_Donald subreddit. Deal with it.

This site is for and about supporters of the President of the United States, Donald J. Trump. In case you didn't notice, it is NOT about support for believers in, and fans of, invisible imaginary Beings.

I guess you can't be a "good person" if "be a good person" is defined as giving away the fruit of one's labor to those who have produced nothing.

That, right there, is THE difference between Socialism and Capitalism. One leads to poverty and always will; the other enriches everyone.

And religion is not the reason the West became the West. The West became the West because of the Enlightenment.

"How do you know God hasn't."

It's called Occam's Razor.

The rest of your post is about faith, and beliefs. I don't deal in beliefs.

And that's a real nice ad hominem at the end. Congratulations.
