Yeah, my indoor operation cost me about $500 a year in electric. Power is cheap where I live. The greenhouse is awesome but I can grow out in the open and we have blistering hot summers with insane humidity so greenhouse get tricky to cool in the summer not being able to use swamp coolers vs my house already being cooled and using HLG 600w LED lights so it isn't bad on the wallet. I worked as a master grower for a time but I can't stand hippies or the state being in my business. Doing this for a living and having the government telling me how it should be done sent me back to welding and inspection.🤷♂️ Like you said the genetics are just renames half the time with or some slight perceived phenotype difference. That is the bullshit, the telecommunication companies won't even maintain our phone lines even though they were paid government funds to build that infrastructure and then made millions over the 70's-80's-90's but won't spend a dime to update it. It will be nice when they start cutting AT&T out of government contracts because they just rob tax payers from 3 different fronts while never providing the service. They will bury fiber for a school that the state paid millions for but won't allow the citizen next door to the school buy service from that fiber connection.

We actually helped each other immensely. This is the issue. United States had deep pockets and unrivaled manufacturing abilities for the era. We however did not have the ability to fight a war on ever continent with our population manning the guns while our women filled those soldiers shoes in the manufacturing. We are a powerhouse on our own soil. We become less able the further we get from home. Without those allies and a stepping off point near the conflicts we could have very well lost that war. The Japanese damn near had our Navy on many occasions. We were able to repair and refit many ships they took out of actions, where as they could barely build a ship in 6 years while we were building ships of the same class and weight in as little as 2-3 years. We will not have this ability for the next World War. We are scrapping more ships everyday. While our newest aircraft carriers are not even operational due to issues with the weapons elevators and new magnetic catapults. While we scrap the Ranger, Kitty Hawk and many other aircraft carriers that if we get into another war like WWII we will be fucked.
