To be fair she is way over qualified for those positions if she really was a Manager of Marketing Partnerships for TAO (they are a food service company dealing in the software side). Taking those jobs would be my last resort as well. You have to keep your worth up by staying in those fields to demand higher wages. If they see that they can pay you less they will try or if they think you have been away from that position to long same. I've worked as an Journeyman Electrician, Landscaper, Welder, Pipeline Inspector, etc. and any career fields I leave behind makes it appear that I won't stay this time around either (which is true). I'm not looking for a life long company to work for because companies aren't looking for that either and it sucks because all their talent leaves to their competitors for the next position or higher pay 🤷♂️
