- mail in ballots were given extra avenues to be counted that would not be available to an in person ballot, again a fourteenth ammendment issue
my thought process, is if number 2 gets to SCOTUS, and they rule in favor of, Wouldnt that technically render ALL mail in ballots illegal?

For example, a project i might find myself working on lets say, Worker efficiency. i'd take the businesses data that they are producing as a party of performing their daily job, aggregate that data, validate that data, and then provide an analysis to the business owner on how efficient their work production is, and have an in depth analysis of each employee's personal performance metrics, and provide models to continue tracking this performance over time for the business going forward.
this can range from worker performances, ledgers, scheduling, crime statistics, everything that has any kind of data record component behind it really.
i go a bit beyond what a standard analyst would usually have in their toolkits, and have the skillsets of a software engineer, software developer, and database administrator.

to be clear, va going blue isn't a surprise. the degree by which it went blue, is implausible.
i can confirm VA is suspect. Chesterfield county VA has NEVER gone blue in over 72 years in a primary. it went blue by a RIDICULOUS margin this election. almost a complete 180 on voter ratios.
i would need meaningful access to the vote tabulation logs to analyze the timestamps and whom the ballot was cast for. i dont believe this data is open to the public as of yet, but if it is, please get it to me, and i'll crunch it asap.
