I disagree. I don't believe that delaying justice re: Obamagate is having any positive effect for our side at all. I don't think "keeping lefties nervous" is having any tangible benefit, if that even is what's happening. Delaying it until after the election is a terrible idea unless there's something important that's half baked now that will be rock solid at that point, which we have no reason to believe is the case. Justice must be done and waiting puts that at risk.
