...and yet they just deny, ho-hum, next? It's crazy that we live in a time... shocking really, to watch and see that many of these officials - or the people they allow - simply do not care what the law states- and they seemingly act with impunity to do whatever they choose. This has to stop. Illegal actions by partisan political actors must be held accountable to the rule of law!

If it happens, then is because the VP (and President Trump) see that as the better option, and that the Senate/House cannot block it...Consitutionally, if he forces the States to debate and choose WHICH Electors are valid- that keeps scotus, state governors etc out of the loop from objection, etc. and is a better option than some damn "commission" and delay.

I remember my father sitting in there for like 3 hours reading a damn paper! I wondered what in God's green earth was he doing in there?! The problem is that a Special Counsel can obfuscate/hide the evidence and the American people will only see what "they" think is okay... What have Special Counsels ever done in the past? Except waste millions of taxpayers dollars and used the media as a propaganda tool? Agree the government should do real investigations... criminal investigations AND prosecutions... but again... what has the Justice Dept done in the past 4 years?! Nada... IMO you are correct that this may be the only path forward at some point- but January 6th should be loud and clear by the American people!

Strategic perhaps. Even with a sincere effort, I still see a delay/propaganda effort by the rinos/dems and media. Another possibility is that they doubt the VP will have the ability to disqualify /not accept the electors. If they think the VP's effort will fail- maybe they are bargaining for time and the "trunk" analogy to get the evidence out. Whatever it is- they need to know what America expects on the 6th loud and clear as a lasting impression.
Exactly - delay tactics by the left, manuevering in congress/senate and this will just be an exercise in futility with media propaganda all over it... How can we trust a failed process- when the Courts across the nation wouldn't allow evidence to be heard, and the local dem election pogues kept it hidden- how can 10 days in DC be any different? Arguably, they could have testimony from dozens of witnesses and the computer/math genius folks... would that be enough? Disqualify 4-6 states and then toss it to the House? Maybe. Still seems like delay tactics- and they will have to prove to us that they have backbone first. Otherwise, the rinos and dems will use it as leverage to say "See! It's a fair election!"....
Don't believe it. Delay tactics...They will use this as cover for "objecting" without real backbone. Never trust the 'ole Rinos and GOP to have courage and do the right thing. Make the 6th count- get the evidence out - we don't need days of media obstruction while congress schemes behind the scenes. See what PDJT does on the 6th. If he endorses a 10 day "commission" we shall see what happens....

Welp good points there 'bout the wife fren, but I take exception to "the biggest threat to the nation" ... right now it's the commie bullcrap we are fighting against and the socialist media-academia-politcal triad. Try living with a budget under communist-socialist-progressive "you didn't build that" framework... so first things first, and yes fiscal discipline is a big deal in this country.
The "emergency audit" is a fools-game and allows them cover for a political decision to reject electors and look good up front. Some think it will allow their fellow senators and congress to understand the reality and for America to see the evidence over that 10 days. Hell it would be awesome to see CSPAN and network tv fronted with all the fraud every day- but media will still dispoot... and it doesn't get the WIN for PDJT on the 6th. Delay also risks "procedural" crap in the congress and gives time for all kinds of issues including Scotus. We need to keep the pressure on!
NewsFlash: We're already there... many Americans are just learning that for the first time. Jan 6th first up. All is NEVER lost- we don't give up on America! I wouldn't dare say it! But... agree- I wish he would have front-loaded the fraud and crime a little more. Slower first hour and lost some folks. The second half was very good. But it was a show-of-support for the Senate - important for GA.
