I would assume that the logic is that if we can delay deaths until a vaccine is available, then those lives might be “saved.” How many deaths and years of life we are talking about is part of the issue. Ruining the economy to save a minimal number of covid lives might have downstream implications where for every life-year saved, 100 are lost.
I’m a doc as well. This is exactly what we do. Standard pre-procedure includes COVID test. It is finding asymptomatic people.

When Trump first announced I thought "what a joke."
I'd be like "how about Ted Cruz" and my wife said "I like Trump."
She is smarter than I am so I opened my mind to the idea. A lot of his positions were not ones I had put much thought into before. But as I looked closer I realized how right he was. And how having a leader of the country who actually fights for the interests of American citizens is valuable.
Of course he is over the top, whatever. The man is sincere, really loves America and blue collar workers, and has a damn good plan to revitalize this country and especially uplift those left behind economically since the early 90s.
Trump's enemies complain that he is just as "obnoxious" in private behind closed doors as he is in his public persona. That's thing I really like about the man. I can put up with some ego and funny tweets for honesty.

In a private community of this type, the community has to own the land, pave the road, maintain the road, and Typically pay for their own private trash collection.
These roads are not public and are not maintained by the city or taxes. They were not built with public funds. The residents must pay for all upkeep.
That street is private property and nobody who is unauthorized has a right to be on that land.
I don’t know if I see a “specialized” view of the twitter comments based on who they think I am (I have no account). But the comments on their tweet were mostly pretty based.
