Since they saw that the Trump crowd is the most docile crowd ever and to incite them they had to make up a fake riot that never happened, they are going for the max. Their goal is to create anarchy and they think jailing Trump will seal the deal. It will either create the chaos they wanted or it will be an ultimate triumph.
